Recommendation: The Dogs of Dorcol — 2 years ago
Dorcol has a famous pack of tame and friendly street dogs that are fed and cared for by local residents.
There are two main areas one tends to spot them.
One is the junction of Strahinjica Bana and Kralja Petra. Some of the dogs sleep under the awning of the pharmacy on the corner.
During the day an hilarious pack loiter on Dubrovacka Street (this is a continuation of Kralja Petra after Cara DuĊĦana street heading downhill).
You can find them chasing bicyclists, snoozing and generally living a dogs life.
