Cave Of The Winds

I went with a friend on the lantern tour, where you get a real lantern (that really blows itself out in the windy passage causing you to hit your head on the rocks) as the guides take you through some of the less available passages of the cave and tell some fascinating history and folklore. They take tours of up to 30 people or so, but we went on a Wednesday morning and it ended up being just the two of us, which is absolutely the way to do it. That was possibly my favorite part of the whole trip. I highly recommend it.

Nice place to go! I went to this cave last year and I took several pictures with my telephone. You will find in the cave, “The Asian Garden”, it is impressive how mother nature can shape big rocks as a natural garden looks like. Worth visiting!

I went with my folks when I was about 9 years old and was scared to death. I wouldn’t go in. Years later, I went with my boyfriend when I was in my 30’s. It was quite a difference. I was nervous, but not scared like before.

Been here a couple of times as a kid, and once as an adult. It’s educational… different… a little cheesy though. :)
