Parra

The first time I went ot Parra was with an advocate friend who was involved in building villa’s for europeans, we bought one and very soon found that our little peace of heaven became a ‘colony’ with houses so close that you could hear people next door sneeze, the really good thing about living so close to others is you do tend to go around the neighbourhood and find fantastic walks and loads of wildlife.
I would recommend people to visit Parra, the entertainment at Emerald Lawns Goan nights are spectacular. The countryside and surrounding villages such as Guirim brilliant, local resturants beyond compare … and to live in Parra could be wonderful, just make sure before you buy that you are getting hat you pay for and your property doesn’t end up being in the middle of a housing development.

This is a quiet village 5-6 km away from Baga beach… nice, peaceful and quiet
