Starkville

I’ve been here couple times to visit my friend who lives there w/her hubby who works for Miss State. Nice little town- some cool shops along main st of the older part. peppers was good too. super bulldog weekend was cool w/some frat parties-hooked up with some sexy guy from the coast. really a college town- probably wouldn’t go there if i didn’t know a local.

starkvegas.. ugh. up until very recently, no cold beer sales.

I spent the weekend visiting Starkville with my roommate, who was visiting a boy she was interested in, who was the friend of one of our friends, which friend is now my boyfriend. Got it? So this was when I decided Jer was a pretty cool guy and thought I might like him. Which, come to find out, was a pretty accurate hypothesis.

We went to the rodeo, and ate at a japanese restaurant that was pretty cool, and swinged on some swings in a park, and swam in the pool at MSU, and rang a cowbell at a cow. Good times.

This is where my first off-base housing that I lived in was located. I lived in MS until I was about 6 and then moved to NY.

Lived here for 3 years while attending Mississippi State University.
