Butterfly Conservatory

My family and I went on Mother’s Day when admission was free. Of course, there was a very long line (and wait!) to get in. However, the actual conservatory was very cool. One man had dozens upon dozens of butterflies sitting on him.

but I found it boring. Maybe our timing was bad, but ther butterflies just really weren’t that active. And it was SO pricey!

I walked in and I had a sudden mood boost.

Ok, so maybe not that great of a place if you have a personal vendetta against butterflies. I’m pretty sure that they would have a problem with you running around, ripping the wings off of the captive butterflies.

I have grown an unnatural fear of butterfly’s
I don’t know why, but i got scared of butterfly’s after being here. I had one LAND ON MY HEAD… and i didn’t feel it (light little buggers)
these chinese people started taking a picture of me and i got confused
i almost SCREAMED (actually i think i did) when i found out it was on my head
man, talk about embarassing… in front of all my friends too
