7 Seas in Rockville (the good one) — 2 years ago
Worth visiting!
Okay, so there is a restaurant called Seven Seas in College Park, within walking distance from where I am currently sitting. However, there is also a restaurant with the same name in Rockville, with a similar menu. The Rockville location is regarded higher, placing in the Washingtonian’s Best Bargains.
Last night I found out why, with some quite tasty crispy beef with mango. The Kung Pao chicken was a bit of a disappointment – College Park offers a spicier version. But the Rockville restaurant’s menu is deeper, and they have fresh fish, crab and lobster waiting in a tank. I will have to go back for at least two more trips – once for seafood, and once for Peking duck.
