The Market @ Larimer Square

Mmmmm! Try the “Spirit Cake” while you’re there. Layer zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit. The best I ever had! =D I wish I could replicate it!

I was visiting my sweetie in Colorado for Valentine’s Day, scoping Denver out before moving here in April. We were walking around the 16th Street Mall and took the free bus down the main drag. It was a great day out (especially for the middle of February), and we walked through Writer’s Square and ended up on Larimer with all the cute flags hanging across the street. We stopped into the Market and picked out fresh lunch selections for each of us and I drooled over the cakes. Definitely have to go back and partake of the sweets there!

But hey, if you’re bored, it’s better than sitting around.
