Worth visiting!

As I live just round the corner I spend most of my summer evenings out here! It was redeveloped around 2002 – before that it had a rather bad reputation as a cruising ground, but not any more. The square is now very relaxed, with a fountain that jumps up and down like the ones at Somerset House, a cafe (unfortunately not open after 6.00!), nice flowerbeds and trees, and lots of green space for lying around reading or picnicking. Highly recommended.

Worth visiting!

I studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies (part of London University) which is in Russell Square, nice to visit on a warm summer’s afternoon…
