Hume Lake

The heart of Hume Lake is a place devoted to the fun of being a Christian “on the mountain top” with benefits trickling “down the hill.” I have experienced the joy of being a camp counselor, trail guide and dean as well as outdoor education instructor. I continue enjoy many precious life-long friendships (some as long as 20 years) forged at Hume Lake.
While they offer several great programs (see www.humelake.org) that you should consider, do not hesitate to just show up spontaneously as I have experienced an ongoing enjoyment of the unexpected at this beloved 50+ year place.

Hume Lake is definitely one of the most peaceful and gorgeous places I’ve visited. Not only is it beautiful, but the people there are amazing. Go there!
