Mae Phim Thai

Mae Phim is the best fast-food Thai place that isn’t technically a fast-food place. They just have to deal with the working set in downtown, so they have to streamline getting out dishes to many people as quick as possible. Service is great and very anxious. The yellow curry cashew tofu was my staple when I worked in Pioneer Square many years ago.

Now, this place has nothing on Thai Tom, and it may not be the most authentic Thai, but their dishes taste good, no matter what.

Cannot recommend enough.
