Gold's Gym on University Drive & Amity

The cleanest, most well-run gym in the Pioneer Valley. Huge gym with lots of free weights, latest equipment by Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex; separate women’s gym; on-site child care; cedar saunas; and more. Did I say it was clean? Staff is wicked friendly – not your usual college-kids. They’re mostly older people. Very professional.
