As for the pizza debate.. it’s okay, but I was unimpressed.. I thought it needed more cheese, but the toppings always seem fresh. I’ve tried their fries as well, and which were also good, but not excellent. Overall, it’s a neat atmosphere, and It’s worth visiting once for the experience.

While in Anchorage we asked a few locals where was “THE” place to get a good pizza in town.

Most folks directed us to chain resturants, but a few suggested this place and raved about it.

We checked it out and were sorely disappointed.

Strictly judging on food quality, this place is not worth stopping at, and aside from the decor has nothing on Pizza Hut.

No, I do not consider Pizza Hut good pizza.

If by good pizza you have a place like Gino’s in Chicago, Uno’s, or Giordarno’s in mind, forget about it. This is nothing like those places.

If your idea of good pizza is super greasy cheese covered cardboard then the Moose’s Tooth is for you.
