An old girlfriend lived here... by NedRaggett

…and so I got to know a good patch of the area pretty well. I admit one time I was deeply concerned to hear about someone getting murdered around the corner from where she lived, so there was that! But she took it all in stride and I will always, always have fond memories of New Cross from the time we spent together.
