Worth visiting!

Wow. HUGE portions. Totally stuffed because everything was really freaking good. They even have calabicitas and they put cheese over the refried beans the way New Mexicans are supposed to. The chile wasn’t that hot, but hotter than Garcia’s, and there’s LOTS of it. And the sopaipillas were really thick and crispy, not all fluffy and light like those weakling sopas at the other restaurants… Delicious.

Run - don't walk - to Tio Oscar's!  — 2 years ago

Worth visiting!

Other places that have already been mentioned here (like Sadies, for example) are excellent as well, but they hardly need the advertising. This is a relatively new restaurant that I hope someday grows to rival Sadies and El Pinto and (the ubiquitous) Garduno’s. They deserve it. The service is great, the staff friendly…what more can I say? Go there. Soon. You’ll think you’re eating a home-cooked meal at your mom’s…
