A review of this place: Dirty chic history

I love this Hotel, It’s so grungy, but that grime is really the grime of history. Wish I could have stayed here for a couple of weeks and become a real Chelsea Girl, with bangs and eyeliner like Nico. Don’t ever change H.C.!!
