East Wenatchee

I live here. Everyone here complains about how there is absolutely nothing to do. Well… That’s not really true. Anything you could ever want to do, you can do in this town. It’s just kind of on a small scale. There’s sports rivalries, plenty of gyms, plenty of sports fields, a tennis club, a river, beaches, and there’s a SKI HILL. I can’t think of a lot of other places that have all of that in one place. New Zealand, I guess. It’s a beautiful place with lots and lots of agriculture. It’s a pretty quiet, pretty safe, smaller city. If you’re every in Central Washington, you should stop by.

East Wenatchee is a very small town with it’s sister city Wenatchee not being much bigger. Although there is a lot of shopping and I would say the best time to visit is summer because there is a lot of summer activities. During the winter there is a ski hill called Mission Ridge that is pretty fun.

Notable as the landing place of the first trans-pacific flight, and little else. Wenatchee is worth visiting, and East Wenatchee is too, only less so. You’ll go through it if you visit Wenatchee and walk the loop trail, which I recomend.
