Vero Beach

I’m going to be going for the first time to do some volunteer work to help protect the sea turtles nesting on the beach. I’m very excited.

I live close by and spend a lot of time here. Nice mall, better beaches and parks. Photo is from Round Island at the recreational park there.

I swear to god i’ve been going here longer then many of the old people who roam the streets. And i’m only 13. Anyways, ever since i could breathe my parents have been dragging me to senior citizen ville. And i’m not complaining. Unlike Orlando with Disney World, this place has no major attractions. Just the beach.But thats fine with me, and everyone else who visits there. The beach i literally 25 yards from the back yard of the house we own there. I love Vero so much. They have great restaraunts, i recommend The Lemon Tree for lunch, Norris’s for the best ribs you will ever taste, and the Ocean Grill for great fish, and a wonderful tail of the sunken ship just 200 or 300 yards off shore. On a calm day you can even see the tip of it’s mast. So calm and relaxing is Vero that i savor every second of the surf and sand, even knowing that i’ll probably be back within 5 or 6 months.
