Kapalua is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maui County, Hawaiʻi, United States. The town is a resort development by the Maui Land & Pineapple Company in Lahaina, Hawaiʻi, bounded by the Honolua Bay surf spot. The population was 467 at the 2000 census.
