Worth visiting!
This made a great break from driving . . .
This was one of the places we stopped on the way from Scotland to London. We spent a couple of hours wandering around the woods, saw some amazing trees (the Major Oak is pretty cool), and enjoyed thinking about the Robin Hood story. It was a peaceful, beautiful place to visit.
