Gourmand

A great little coffee shop in Printer’s Row, with tasty sandwiches and pasta dishes. Ice cream and obviously coffee/espresso drinks. Furnished with great vintage couches and chairs, it’s the perfect place to just sit and talk with a friends, without being at home. The people are great, and they play great music. I have heard conversations about Wilco, Nico and other great artists (musical and not) of our and past times. Occasionally an artist will be in there, sketching the people, and you will always find Columbia College Chicago students in there for a quick caffeine fix, or a quick lunch.
Overall, a great place to sit, watch and be watched.
