Had dinner here tonight before concert

The bar is cute and inviting (with obligatory Irish man behind it) but service was slow (seemed like there was only 1 waitress for the whole room & she asked if I needed change – pet peeve), the door opening and closing sent a blast of cold air up my back almost constantly and the food was marginal.

I’d go back for a beer and to hear music. Even just the soundtrack was excellent and they have live music almost nightly.

This is Manchester’s newest pub opened in last 2005 by Tommy McCarthy – owner of The Burren in Somerville MA and The Skellig in Waltham MA. They have Irish music and food and it is supposed to be an excellent place for a pint.
