Seattle-Tacoma International Airport aka: SeaTac, Sea-Tac, SEA

Don’t remember very much about Sea-Tac, as I was very groggy after a direct flight from London (it was one of my very first long haul flights).

We have a pretty nice airport compared to some places. It might be costing a bazillion dollars to build, but the new stuff sure gives it a “It’s good to be home” feeling when you get off the plane.

One of my favorite things about this airport is the talking drinking fountains!

I flew out of a gate on the southeast side at dawn and watched the sunrise over Mt. Rainer. Wow! This is the most beautiful airport gate I have ever seen.

And only time…..
I was going for a Wade Cook seminar (I think that dude is either bankrupt or facing fraud charges) in Feb of 1993. The seminar was pretty much useless, and I did enjoy Seattle. Too cold, though.
