Winterset

If you’re in the younger age group, don’t spend more than 3 or 4 days there. It gets a bit boring, mostly because there isn’t really any night life that I saw. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, though.

I went to a dried flower place and got some red amaranth that I still hang in my room, and I went to Pamida and got some panties; those were the only things besides experience and quality time with my loved ones that I got out of it.

There is a thrift store for those of the more eccentric nature, and a really great pizza place too.

That’s really all I have to say about it.

This is where the bridges of madison county was filmed. It is also the birth place of John Wayne-the movie star! It’s a small town. Not a whole lot else to say. The Bridges are cool though.
