Indianapolis Museum Of Art

The museum was certainly a surprise, a great collection, especially considering how relatively small Indianapolis is. By far, their modern art wing on the 4th floor was the best exhibit. It was well worth the visit and I will definitely be going back.

Free parking, free entrance. The layout is a little tricky to navigate through. Some areas you have to walk through to the end before you can proceed to the next, there are no side exits if you have been in one area for long enough. It has a lot of wonderful sculptures and a little bit of furniture too. The building is beautiful on the outside as well

nice grounds, great plant conservatory, too!

This is definately my favorite museum. I think it’s Thursdays that are free.

There are a lot of great exhibits that are traveling exhibits. Classes, ect. It’s just a great place, and I hear they’re opening up new exhibits soon.
