If you like flea markets, antiques, browsing — just general, all-around STUFF — go. Without delay. Wear sunblock and good walking shoes. Once a month, this place has a HUGE — well, I’m not sure what to call it. Outdoor market. Flea market. Jumble sale. It all sounds so inadequate somehow to describe acres and acres of people selling just about everything you can think of. The only thing I haven’t seen sold at Canton is cars, but there are probably enough parts sold there that you could piece together one. Or maybe I just missed the weekend when they were selling them. Or missed them in the enormity of the place. Anyway, if this isn’t on the list of 1001 places to see before you die, it should be.
