Worth visiting!
Went this morning for a fabulous breakfast. Evidently they have been in this little mall in York since March of 2005 which I drive by on a regular basis but I never noticed. Just goes to show that I need to stop and investigate more even (or especially) in places where I am familiar.
The space is big yet inviting – lots of bold colors and quirky decorations with Fiestaware-like dishes. The menu is inventive and the portions are huge. My sweet tooth MADE me order butterscotch and chocolate chip pound cake French toast with a side of bacon (too much but what a ride!). My companions were more “restrained” ordering hash & eggs (which was actually smoky pulled pork and sweet potato hash) and an omelet (with chanterelle mushrooms and shaved truffles).
This place is such a great discovery with a little bakery and catering facilities as well.
