Passo Dello Stelvio

I went here when two season ago I went to ski to Livigno near Sondrio. There are over 100 Km of ski pists … and is really nice to visit.. If u like ski … tjink at this place..

The Passo dello Stelvio, the highest pass in Italy, is situated in the Alps Retiche, to the north-west of the Montuoso group of the Ortles-Cevedale; province of Bolzano puts in communication the Valtellina (in province of Sondrio) with the Val Venosta. Switchback upon switchback, and who knows how many hairpin turns up the mountain. I finally lost count. Shift down a gear, and enjoy yourself. (all the while, locals passing you on 250 and 125cc machines.)

It is a holy grail, of sorts, for motorcyclists to be able to ride. And in 2001, I finally fulfilled that wish. :)
