Mount Eden aka: Maungawhau

Great view over Auckland from the summit of a dormant volcano! You can get there by public bus. I suspect that most people take their cars or go by tour coach, as I struggled a bit trying to find a footpath (perhaps the trails were round the other side?!).

I used to live in Mt Eden before I moved to Sandringham. Brilliant place to live, I loved it!
