Go early. At the end of the day they run out of many items and also don’t mind spraying bleach on the tables near your food.

Food from a fire hose
Great place to eat before 4pm. Yes, the name really is “The Neighborhood Restaurant,” but it’s often affectionately referred to as “The Neighborhood.” Go hungry. Food specials are around $7.99 for breakfast, $8.99 for lunch, and include many extras. And the $8.99 buffet is totally worth the money, especially if you’re poor and hungry. Yum!
