Ritzville

I’ve only stopped here in passing, we needed gas… it really is a “small town”. Ritzville’s one redeming feature is a starbucks, though if you ask my sister the McDonalds is another one. I wasn’t thrilled that we stopped there when we could have stopped in Moses Lake and said hi to some friends as well as get what we needed, but my dad was in “driving mode” and went until he absolutly had to stop. But really, it’s kinda cool to go somewhere totally different from what your used to. Even if it is about as close to the true middle-of-nowhere as you can get.

Truly a small town where time stands still ( at least in 1973!)Visited an interesting museum in an old house,and an old junk yard that was fenced all the way around with old doors that still had the old doorknobs attached.
