Richmond Park

Richmond Park is an old Royal game reserve. As such, it is now the home of a large population of red and fallow deer. They are so used to human beings that you can get very close. The large red deer are extremely impressive though and you can defenitely see the kings of the forest in them.

The tube will take you out to Richmond. Walk up to the park, past the Star and Garter Home, through the gates. There are massive deer wandering around. Many trails winding around ponds and woods. It’s a place of reflection and peace. You can feel your soul there.
