Zig Zag Cafe

Great drinks, great food, waitresses you can’t take your eyes off of. A tad pricey, but a cool place to hang out after work.

just checked this out last night with some friends… loved it!

This place seems to require a bit of wandering to find and just when you want to give up you run into it. Once I was there on a Sunday afternoon, bad boring date, it was summertime, it was when you could still smoke indoors, the bartender lit my cigarette and kept me company while my supposed companion chatted to an old man next to him about the history of Alaska or something. I went to hide in the bathroom for a bit and found the most lovely piece of graffiti, scribbled with a sharpie. The bathroom is all red lightbulbs. I’m supposed to order a mint julep here.
