Worth visiting!
Best Museum in Oslo
After spending about an hour or so in all the other museums in Oslo, I was surprised at the gripping exhibits at the Nobel Peace Center. All the museums there are very small and this one was no exception, but the material was so amazing that it took 2 1/2 hours. It was definitely the best museum we saw while in Oslo.
Probably the most powerful exhibit (maybe that I’ve EVER seen) was in the main hall, TRIPTYCH OF HOPE. It was a flood of media and imagery that really makes you think about the world and cross-cultural relationships relative to peace. Also the MAKE POWER- NOT WAR exhibit was fabulous. A pensive piece that educates the guest about the Nobel Peace Prize winners, the exhibit proved very educational and thought-provoking.
If there is one museum you must see in Oslo, see this one!
