Newark is slowly losing it’s quaint , small town charm. It’s rapidly turning into some sort of ghetto…my parent’s house is a little sanctuary where I can go and pretend I am somewhere else.

Sure, they might be a good place to live given you can still buy 2-bedroom condos there for around $450k (as of 2005) whereas just across the bay you can expect the same to start at $600k+++ over 6 years ago |
