Frida's Mexican Kitchen

This is one of my absolute favorites! So few places make truly authentic mole, but this is one of them!

Now I have no idea why you would be anywhere near Bothell if you’re traveling to Seattle, but if you find yourself on the Eastside and you don’t mind driving just to go to a restaurant in an area that has no real character (the restaurant does have character, just not the location) then check out Frida’s. You won’t be sorry!
