Tornionlaakso aka: Tornedalen, River Tornio Valley

Tornionlaakso is only partly in Finland. Parts are in Sweden as well since it’s the valley where the Tornio river goes through and the river goes all along the border. There is a Council of Torne Valley where municipalities from both Finland and Sweden, and also Norway are members.
