Montville

My parents’ friends had a pottery up here for a few years, and live up this way. It’s really pretty. I like the fact that they don’t have fences between the houses (the garden is continuous with their neighbours’ gardens), they set up a film group for indy films, and there are far less tourists than nearby places on the coast.

We went to Montville for a day trip and it was so pretty! I love little towns like this, they’re so friendly and vibrant. There are a lot of beautiful art galleries, and plenty of delicious food like the chocolate shop and candy kitchen. Yum! The drive there was amazing….it’s a truly beautiful place.
