Horrible service, horrible food

Saturday night, 11pm. We ordered Mongolian beef, Chinese salad, and braised tofu. The beef was ok, the Chinese chicken salad was just iceberg lettuce coated in sugar, and the tofu NEVER came. Our server, came to our area three times to serve our table and the tables around us, and never bothered to mention the kitchen was out of tofu. Understandble to not have food since it was late night, but someone should have let me know. 30 minutes after the rest of the food came out, we finally flagged down another waiter who helped us out. The honey prawns with glazed walnuts I ordered as a replacement gave me an upset stomach.

I had to make a scene for 15 minutes before they gave us a measly discount of 10%. Manager did not care, pawned me off to argue with the waitress that served us.

Pros: open late night

Cons: HORRIBLE service, horrible food.

Plum Blossom is GREAT! Food is good and very fresh. Actually, that part is what created my only complaint (and the source of this tip) The Garlic Wings are incredible, but they take just short of forever. Other than that, what’s not to love? Fore the most part, the waitresses are friendly and cute. The food is very good, nicely priced and yeah, at 2:00 there are no other options with their balance of Good, Open, and Reasonable.

Not a fan, the food is only so-so.

Great, relatively inexpensive Chinese on J and 19th. They’ve got decent Boba tea, and after seeing a show, it’s one of the better options around, as it’s open until 2 a.m.
