Beacon Hill

went to the cheers bar here when i was in town once. the food was good, and the root beer bottles make good (free) souveniers! or you can buy martini glasses, mugs, etc. but they are pretty expensive

Worth visiting just to have the residents wonder at your wandering!

Go to Beacon Hill to see a neighborhood that has not changed architecturally in over a century. I live here for a year and loved it. Best time to visit is on a saturday or sunday morning. Walk up and down the brick streets, through Louisburg Square, and have lunch on Charles St. In the summer or winter this makes for an unforgettable experience. Much more interesting than Back Bay IMHO.
