Worth visiting!
I went to Hakuba on a snowboarding trip recently, and although it was my first time snowboarding, i’m told it is a fantastic area for snowboarders. There has been 6 metres of snow already this year, and supposedly there will be about 15m during the season. A cute little Japanese town with a lot of aussies (but luckily more Japanese).
