Mazamitla

This is such a beautiful city in the mountains of Mexico. Quite possibly the most welcoming community I’ve ever visited. It’s a Mexican tourist town, now full of cabanas and hotels. Stop by Vito’s in the Plaza for a cold beer or 3, Monday is market day, walk to the waterfalls and stay up late to see the clouds roll through the town and eat a hot dog in the plaza. And keep an eye out for University of North Texas students roaming to the tacos stands, we’ve made it a home away from home for some time now.
