I went there with my familly on vacation. Really cute place. If you go, you have to take pictures with the worlds largest Florida lobster.

My boyfriend and I took his father there for his 75th birthday. We went out on a partyboat fishing. Unfortunately..the “boys” spent most of the day “loosing their lunch” while I fished! Better luck next time fellas. We had a great time regardless.

I have been going here for 15 years. It is not the same as it used to be but what is anymore. The beauty is that there is a good music scene and so much to do surrounding the water. This area has all types from friendly locals to the wealthy. Great local restaurants on the water with music. This isn’t your place if you are looking for franchise style bars and restaurants. Although it is starting to change for the worse due to the cost of real estate the vibe there is still good. I highly recommend and would give specific ideas if someone plans on going.

We randomly selected Islamorada for our honeymoon, as we wanted to go somewhere tropical and we were limited for time. We went there in July and stayed at a resort. Very hot and sunny every day, tremendous thunderheads, palm trees and coconuts, white sand, beautiful sunsets, great tiki bars. Everyone is so much more relaxed down there. We might go back again someday!

i’d love to go back again someday. The water is crystal clear and the atmosphere is great. We also went over the 120 mile long bridge down to key west which was small but less touristy than the other islands. Everyone should def go at least once!

Home of Theatre of the Sea, and a fantastic bird shelter. Wish I could tell you the mile marker, but worth stopping for.
