A tip I have about this place
I have never seen stars as beautiful as they were the night we camped at Hovenweep. We hiked around the entire canyon in the early morning, it was so wonderful.

Why I recommend this place to visitors
good, it is small but there are not nearly as many people as Mesa Verde or Chaco Canyon
