Beer Selection!! Great Appetizers!

I’m starting to think that Renton may be the next big thing. Ok, maybe not. But there’s no denying that the Red House is a step in the right (or should I say left?) direction. Nestled near the train tracks south of the new gleaming transit hub is, quite literaly, a red house that is home to a cozy little beer and wine shop that also serves tapas and entres. (We did not eat but the food looked good.) The place is a few small rooms lined with shelves of wine and beer that you can purchase and drink at your table. They actually had Dogfish Head IPA from Rehoboth Beach on tap! I was intrigued by their New Zealand selection including rarities from Central Otago. Alas, we did not purchase any to take home but we will be back. For some reason we find ourselves in Renton somewhat often. Weird, I know.
