Abraham Lincoln's Tomb aka: Lincoln's Grave

My husband’s grandmother is buried in the same cemetary in Springfield (what an honor for Lincoln!). The tomb is actually quite beautiful and you can go down inside and see the markers for Lincoln, his sons, and his wife. Everyone rubs the nose on the giant bust of Lincoln outside for good luck, and his nose is a significantly different color from all the rubbing. If you’re interested in US history or an admirer of Lincoln you should go…he wanted to be buried where he began his great career in Illinois, rather than where he ended it in Washington. What a great and humble man he was!

It was very large.
