But their contemporary performance program is still on my “terminal degree” radar, since one day I really do plan to terminate my perennial studying. ;-) The PhD thing just seems like wayyyyy too much research for my artist blood… over 5 years agoSpontaneous trip since I was in town anyway by NeeI just visited the campus to get a feel for things. I wandered into the Lincoln bulding and got in trouble because I was approaching the president’s office. Here was when I was rudely informed that there are tours everyday at 2pm. Moving on, then I wandered around the Admissions building and grabbed a ton more fliers. There is way more infromation there than on their website and what they send you in the mail. Granted I guess most of it is for students already there but it was interesting to see what was offered. Then I left, walked past some students sitting at a table intimately chatting away, and checked out the library-sadly it was closed. There’s a really cool swing outside on the porch though. I witnessed a girl walk up to the group I walked past earlier and go around kissing each of them on the forhead or cheek. I wanted a kiss too. One person finally returned my smile when I looked at them at one point as well=) I finished walking around and looking in windows of closed bulidings. I was informed that the place was kinda dead because graduation was the next day. So I’ll probably go back in time for the tour and on a Monday since I believe that is when they have their tea ceremony. I think. A tip See all 6 entries |
