Tustin

Tustin is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. Shockingly great food there.

My brother Tommy spent his final years at a condo here. Not too far from one of the recent SoCal fires.

The presence of the brilliant Rutabegorz alone justifies the place, for a start. But Tustin’s got all these odd little corners—it’s not quite Irvine and it’s not quite ‘old’ Orange County, it’s this strange blend. Developed to heck and back now, to be sure, but there’s still a good spirit here.

There are two things you can always do in Tustin and that is eat and shop.

I think Tustin has more clothing, jewelry stores and restaurants per capita than any other city in OC.

I live here, there’s nothing :)
