Beecher's Handmade Cheese

Head here around closing time. They massively discount the spectacular mac & cheese. It’s a great way to get a cheap bite to eat in the early evening.

There are usually samples of the flagship cheese available.

And this place makes good cheese. Maggie and I have been waiting for the right opportunity to try their expensive but most likely good grilled cheese sandwich and macaroni… and today turned out to be the day.

It was a bit on the pricey side ($5 for a small sandwich or an 8ox cup of macaroni & cheese) but it definitely was tasty. However, I think I’m going to have to revert back to my cheaper walk-by-and-eat-the-samples approach to enjoying Beecher’s. It did make me look forward to the upcoming Cheese Festival in the market.

Cheese to die for. You can buy it in the specialty section of some supermarkets, but it’s not nearly as fresh, so I run to the Market every chance I get to load up. Especially love the fresh curds. The best reason to break my diet. Ever.

Beecher’s No Woman cheese (Jamaican Jerk Jack cheese) is the best cheese I’ve ever had, ever. All of their cheeses are great.

The Chipotle Cheese Curds make a great snack/meal when hanging out at the market.

The Mac & Cheese should be renamed the Mecca & Cheese.

This place may prevent me from becoming vegan for good.
