Dr. Sun-Yat Sen Park

The garden itself was beautiful. The koi, the turtles, the water lilies. But the best part was a particular man. He comes on a daily basis, with about 4 loaves of bread, and attempts to feed the 3 turtles in the pond, even though it is prohibited. He’s named the turtles and loves them dearly. He will tell you everything there is to know about said turtles. However, when any koi approach as he’s trying to feed these turtles..he goes into a screaming fit. Its quite fun to watch. He makes my day whenever i go there. He is sweet, so look out for him and ask him about the turtles. :D

Just georgous. The best chinese garden I’ve been to outside Asia. I am eager to go back and see it in the springtime.
