Other then the fact that New Castle is historical and Battery Park that’s all New Castle is good for. Don’t get me wrong because I really like Battery Park, just don’t swim in the water or any water in Delaware for that sake excluding Rehobeth Beach. That ice cream place right over the bridge going away from New Castle is nice. The ice cream is real soft and old fashioned.
